What is a Health Coach?

As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Christine is a supportive guide and wellness expert helping clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes.

Christine loves working with busy moms and families to create individualized wellness programs addressing her clients' needs inside and outside of the kitchen. After all, relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Christine understands this and takes a holistic approach to living your best life.

Christine provides personalized, weekly health coaching that helps clients become the healthiest versions of themselves. Her coaching style focuses on feeding the mind, body, and soul — all while helping busy families with the dirty work like meal prepping, cooking, grocery shopping, organizing, and more. Whether you’re looking to improve your physical health, reduce stress, begin an exercise routine, or create healthier sleep habits, Christine helps clients achieve their goals through steady, incremental changes. It’s the little things that add up!

Additionally, Christine can help you revamp your living space so that it is toxin- and chemical-free. She provides additional self-care tools like food journaling, pantry/refrigerator clean outs, better shopping habits, and much, much more.

Christine works with clients in face-to-face, over the phone, and on video chat. She’s available for individual and group sessions.


My Journey to Becoming a Health Coach

Confession: I love food. I always have! My mom is a genius in the kitchen, always making healthy twists to her traditional Italian cuisine.

I followed my passion for food to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and realized that my interest in cooking great food that is great for you was just the tip of the iceberg. Health is not only about healthy foods—it’s about a healthy lifestyle. We have to feed our souls as well as our bellies. So I trained to become a health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Nutritious Life.

My goal is to help you become a healthier, happier, freer person. I’m here to lead you to balance in all areas of your life—food choices, exercise, sleep, relationships, work—and guide you back to your best self. I can even help you remove toxins in your home, teach you how to shop for your new healthy lifestyle, and show you how to prepare delicious food so you can always make good choices.

If you’re struggling with how to feed yourself in any of these ways, a health coach can help. Does the word “diet” make you cringe? Me, too! It sounds unsustainable, and, worse, it sounds like it’s all about losing weight. What the scale says is such a small part of feeling healthy, and I reassure clients: You are wonderful just the way you are!

You don’t need “fixing.” You are the best healer for yourself. But we all need a little help sometimes. As your coach, I’m honored to be a part of your journey.
