Christine Anenberg graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Scottsdale with a BA in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She has been involved in the food and beverage industry since 2002 and has experience in professional catering as a chef.
Christine grew up in the kitchen alongside her Italian mother who was always finding ways to incorporate a healthy twist to her Italian meals. Her family were big eaters but were constantly looking for healthy alternatives to traditional cuisine.
Now as a personal chef and health coach, Christine bases her customized meals around clients' individual needs by tailoring tasty, healthy meals to fit gluten-free, low-salt, dairy-free, allergy-specific, vegan and vegetarian lifestyles.
